Russian police have arrested four military personnel and two members of a criminal organization in Novosibirsk. They were responsible for stripping parts from S300 anti-aircraft missiles to sell them as scrap metal. Some elements of the missile use gold and other precious metals which find a ready market inside Russia. One missile system was complete disassembled and four others had major parts missing.--Stephen V Cole
