The government offensive against the 30,000 or so organized rebels in the country has had dramatic effects this year. This was done largely by going after rebels camps, and over 700 of these camps have been captured and destroyed. Losing your living space has been bad for rebel morale. The troops have also seized over 500 rebel vehicles and much other property besides.
