: Back in 2002 we posted a hilarious bit entitled Skippy's List. "Specialist Schwarz" aka "Skippy" has assembled "213 things Skippy is no longer allowed to do in the U.S. Army." 

No one knew exactly who Skippy was, but the short term (non-career) enlisted veterans among us recognized a kindred spirit. Now it appears that Skippy has stepped forward to identify himself. Skippy is out of the army now, and is attending college. He started his list while serving in Bosnia in a Psychological Warfare outfit. He was a Specialist (E-4) and was really, really bored over there. Yeah, it brings back memories.
