Several nations have agreed to exchange data on bin Laden and his group. Those nations have used surveillance, eavesdropping, and infiltration to gain more information than has previously been available. The result of this focus has been that dozens of his operatives have been arrested in Britain, Germany, Canada, Jordan, Pakistan, and the US.
