About a hundred LRA fighters, dressed in captured army uniforms, attacked a refugee camp in northern Uganda, killing 35 civilians, and wounding another 18. The rebels then looted the camp and fled. The LRA violence has, in the last 18 years, caused some 1.5 million Ugandans to flee their homes.
