Al Qaeda affiliate Jemaah Islamiah is thought to be more active in the Philippines than it's original home, Indonesia. The many MILF camps in the mountains of the southern Philippines have provided hiding places for Jemaah Islamiah members, and the ability to establish at least one terrorist training camp.  Efforts to find this camp have failed so far, but the search keeps picking up new clues that the terrorist camp is out there, somewhere.
