Islamic radicals are now cracking down on Internet use, accusing young people of emailing each other for immoral purposes. Over fifty arrests have been made.  About three percent of Iranians have Internet access, but that is growing rapidly. The Islamic radicals who dominate the judicial system and the police have control over the companies that provide Internet service.
