Russia is in final negotiations to sell S-300 anti-aircraft missiles to Iran. This has raised alarm bells, since Iran is trying to obtain any kind of missile technology any way it can. Iran is sending 100 officers and technicians to Russia for six months of training.--Stephen V Cole
