 In the last 24 hours, Baluchi tribesmen, in Pakistan's southwest, bombed a gas pipeline, a rail line and the offices of a political party. There were no casualties. Meanwhile, in Indian Kashmir, Islamic rebels fought with police, leaving at least seven dead. With the coming of Spring, the Kashmir rebels are increasing operations, and police are moving around and making more raids.
