A bomb went off under a truck in front of a police station in the east Pakistan town of Quetta. This is in a pro-Taliban and pro-al Qaeda area. The reason for these attitudes has a lot to do with the ancient antagonism against the central government. The tribes want to run their own affairs, and al Qaeda and the Taliban support this.
