Anti-drug efforts have increased in the rain forests along the Panama border. Drug gangs have moved here, after having been attacked in other parts of the country. But the remoteness of the rain forest isn't working for the gangs, because the military has a lot more helicopters than in the past. These are used to spot the new coca fields, and spray them. Raids in the area have found a million coca seedlings and documents explaining which drug gangs are moving into the area.
