Britain has had to ground 66 of the 185 Lynx helicopters when it was discovered that a key component in the rotor could (and already did in the case of a Dutch chopper) cause fatal accidents through premature wear and tear. Opposition politicians claim that the military is being starved for money, but this looks like a routine maintenance problem.
