The next test of the missile defense system will be delayed while exhaust nozzle seals are replaced on the first and second stages of the booster rocket. These were found to be defective during a ground test. Had the booster been launched, it probably would have not been properly controlled and would have wasted the test vehicle.--Stephen V Cole
