Iraq has apparently resumed the production of chemical weapons at a plant in the Al Quyem area near the Syrian border. Last week, reports came out of 20 soldiers dying and 200 sent to the hospital after a botched chemical warfare exercise. This happened at an army base south of Baghdad, where chemical warfare troops are being changed.
